After returning to Nepal, he was desperate to struggle against poverty and frustration. He shield himself from this by reading the work of great philosophers like Osho, Krishna murthy, Niestche, Kahlil Gibran, Vivekananda and Buddha. These reading and explorations led him to adopt the humble Philosophical path he would later develop into the Manokranti way of life.
Despite this intellectual development, his health greatly deteriorated due to poverty as a result he got tedious and dangerous stomach aliment. He consulted numerous doctors and hospital but all to no avail. After suffering physically and mentally, eventually he turned into yoga.
It helped him recuperate from both physical and mental anguish, through yoga and Meditation. He learnt that there is immense power and possibilities inside human beings. This psychological transformation encouraged him to run away from home at the age of 20 and devote his entire life to yoga and meditation. He moved alone to Varanasi in northern India when he learnt yoga and different forms of meditation while studying for a Bachelors of Art in Philosophy and Sanskrit at Sampurnanada Sankrit University.
Vikishananda finally returned to Nepal with vast practical experiences of yoga, pranayama and meditation in 1987. In Nepal, he instructed yoga classes and with the objective to make people healthy both emotionally and physically and introduced healing and self empowerment technique like reiki, super learning and Mind technology.
These diverse Psychological, healing, spiritual and life techniques culminated in creating Manokranti in 1997. He started 5 year’s leadership and self transformation programme in Manokranti Matex Gurukul. He is not limited within Manokranti Matrix at Godawari but has broadened himself in public programme. He speaks in every aspects of life including philosophical issues.
He says“If you can control your mind then no matter what happens in the world, no matter what disaster strikes the world, it won’t make a least bit difference to you.” This is his positive thinking and he preaches to be same (positive thinker) to all his follower and people attending his discourse. He has framed his skills and thought in several books into words, among which 80 has already been published. His poetry and autobiography have been widely popular in Nepal.
